We keep to small classes with plenty of time to share your experience afterwards.

Payment, No Shows & Cancellation Policy

Full Payment of the class will be taken when you sign up

Nibana Requests a 48 hours' (2 day prior to your class start time) cancellation notice via:

No payments are refundable, they can only be used toward another same class held at Nibana.

If 48 hours' notice is not given, there will be a cancellation fee of 1/2 the amount of the class.

The remaining amount can be put toward another same class in the future.

No-Shows will forfeit the entire class amount.

Classes can be cancelled if the 3 people min attendance is not reached.

Chanting is a form of rhythmic, repetitive vocalization practiced in a wide range of cultures. It can be a form of prayer, or meditation to focus one's mind and connect with a higher power. It is considered an Ancient Tradition leading the chanter on their road to Spiritual Enlightenment.

While chanting, people often report feeling a heightened awareness and a greater ability to rest in the moment and experience. This is a unique experience that helps quiet the mind allowing for your body to naturally rejuvenate. Sitting, Lying or Meditating in darkness stimulates the pineal gland enhancing your capabilities to bring you back into balance, especially during challenging times such as those we are living in at this time.

You will not be alone! Nicky will be there to guide you through this wonderful experience so you can manifest a higher state of consciousness. Regular practice of this modality allows you to be alone with Self to reveal your YIN energy (Divine Feminine) aspect of life. This practice is also closely associated with sensory deprivation (SD is said to relieve anxiety, relax muscles and assist with pain relief among other...). However, healthy people will also benefit tremendously from Dark Room Therapy.
